The design for the Academy of Food Jams challenges the typology of a traditional kitchen space.
The future commercial kitchens should be designed like an artist’s studio, filled with natural light for the chefs to hone their culinary skills. It should also be connected to the land to reinforce the ‘farm to table’ concept.
